Where Are You?

God knew where Adam was in the Garden of Eden when He said “Where are you?”, God wasn’t asking so He Himself would know, He was asking so Adam would know. See, Adam, through deceit of the enemy became spiritually separated from God. God Loves us and He is always there for us, but when we live our lives for ourselves, we are choosing to walk away from Him. When we walk away from Him we live life as a defeated Christian. Don’t let the enemy’s lies deceive you my beloved!

Christian, where are you?

Serious, where are you? Our Kingdom is not of this world. Walking with Jesus is not about being a Democrat, a Republican or even an Independent. Walking with Jesus is about being a continuous representative of the Almighty God. Christian Man, Christian Woman, in the name of Jesus, STOP compromising and start living a righteous and Holy life, totally sold out to Him who is worthy. God says if you are lukewarm, He will spew you out of His mouth. There is coming a day where Christians will be persecuted here in the United States. Is Jesus your Lord? Is He your Lord? Are you prepared to give Everything up for him? If your not giving up everything for Him now, then how will you when pressed with persecution?

According to Jesus, the greatest commandment is “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.” Mark 12:30

This verse means Everything you have and Everything you are, you are to sacrifice for Him. Christ says if you loose your life for His sake, you will gain it. Stop trying to hold on everything out of fear. Its not yours, its His, give it to Him. Make Him number one priority over Everything, even your own life. You will begin to live a life of victory. You will control the world instead of the world controlling you. Listen close… You will be filled with peace, joy, and righteousness like never before.

Get on fire for him Christian. Stir up the gifts he has given you. Live bold as a lion until the day you return to Him. If you want to hear Him say on that day “Well Done Good And Faithful Servant”, then simply be a Good and Faithful Servant.

Until next time my beloved. Peace and Love with you always.

The New World Translation (NWT) has changed the meaning of scripture in several places. In doing so, scriptural inconsistencies have been created. Here are a couple of examples from the New World Translation itself.

John 1:1

John 1:1 (NKJV)

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God

John 1:1 (NWT)

1 In [the] beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god.

The New World Translation’s version of John 1:1 suddenly creates scriptural inconsistencies, even in their own translation. Isaiah 44:6 is in harmony with, well, any other translation I can find. Here is a multitude of different Bible translations on John 1:1.

Isaiah 44:6 (NWT)

6 “This is what Jehovah has said, the King of Israel and the Repurchaser of him, Jehovah of armies, ‘I am the first and I am the last, and besides me there is no God

Colossians 1:16-17

With John 1:1 straightened out, we now know that Jesus is God. Colossians is easier to understand when we realize that God the Father and Jesus are one. Scriptual difficulties are no longer a problem with the oneness realization.

[other] is in brackets in the NWT version because  there is no support for it in the greek it was translated from.

Col 1:16 and 17 (NKJV)

16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

Col 1:16 and 17 (NWT)

16 because by means of him all [other] things were created in the heavens and upon the earth, the things visible and the things invisible, no matter whether they are thrones or lordships or governments or authorities. All [other] things have been created through him and for him. 17 Also, he is before all [other] things and by means of him all [other] things were made to exist,

John 1:3 (NWT)

1 In [the] beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god. 2 This one was in [the] beginning with God. All things came into existence through him, and apart from him not even one thing came into existence.

What is God doing, everything? Even still forming people in the womb?

 Isaiah 44:24(NWT)

1 “And now listen, O Jacob my servant, and you, O Israel, whom I have chosen. 2 This is what Jehovah has said, your Maker and your Former, who kept helping you even from the belly, ‘Do not be afraid, O my servant Jacob, and you, Jesh´u·run, whom I have chosen…..

24 This is what Jehovah has said, your Repurchaser and the Former of you from the belly: “I, Jehovah, am doing everything, stretching out the heavens by myself, laying out the earth. Who was with me?

Is Jesus a created being, Michael the Archangel? I dont see any scripture that says or indicates so, but I do see scripture to the contrary.

Colossians 1:13-17(NKJV)

13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, 14 in whom we have redemption through His blood,[a] the forgiveness of sins.
15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

Hebrews 1:5-14(NKJV)

5 For to which of the angels did He ever say:

“ You are My Son,
Today I have begotten You”?[a]

And again:

“ I will be to Him a Father,
And He shall be to Me a Son”?[b]

6 But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says:

“ Let all the angels of God worship Him.”[c]

7 And of the angels He says:

“ Who makes His angels spirits
And His ministers a flame of fire.”[d]

8 But to the Son He says:

“ Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;
A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;
Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You
With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”[e]

10 And:

“ You, LORD, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,
And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
11 They will perish, but You remain;
And they will all grow old like a garment;
12 Like a cloak You will fold them up,
And they will be changed.
But You are the same,
And Your years will not fail.”[f]

13 But to which of the angels has He ever said:

“ Sit at My right hand,
Till I make Your enemies Your footstool”?[g]

14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation?

Is Jesus a lesser God? JWs say so, Since God the father is referred to as Almighty God and Jesus is referred to as Mighty God. In Hebrews 1:8-9 its starting to bring a clearer picture of our God.

Isaiah 44:6(NKJV)

6 “ Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel,
And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts:

‘ I am the First and I am the Last;
Besides Me there is no God.

Luke 5:20-21(NKJV)

20 When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.”
21 And the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God alone?”

Exodus 20 (NKJV)

1 And God spoke all these words, saying:
2 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 “You shall have no other gods before Me.

John 20:25-29(NKJV)

25 The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord.”
So he said to them, “Unless I see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe.”
26 And after eight days His disciples were again inside, and Thomas with them. Jesus came, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, “Peace to you!” 27 Then He said to Thomas, “Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand here, and put it into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing.”
28 And Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!”
29 Jesus said to him, “Thomas,[a] because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

Hebrews 1:8-9 (NKJV)

8 But to the Son He says:

“ Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;
A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;
Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You
With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”[a]

JWs say that Christ didnt return in the flesh but as a spirit.

1 John 4:1-3            (There is some variation but I think it is close enough.)

1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess that[a] Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.

Is the Holy Spirit merely God’s power or is he living?

John 16:13-14(NKJV)

13 However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. 14 He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.

Acts 13:2(NKJV)

2 As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”

Acts 5:3(NKJV)

3 But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and keep back part of the price of the land for yourself?

Matthew 28:18-20(NKJV)               (The NWT says to play false instead of lie)

18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore[a] and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.[b]

1 John 5:6-8(NKJV)

6 This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth. 7 For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one. 8 And there are three that bear witness on earth:[a] the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.

Only Worship God. Wait, who are we to worship?

Exodus 20:4-5(NKJV)

4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,

Luke 4:8 (NKJV)

8 And Jesus answered and said to him, “Get behind Me, Satan![a] For[b] it is written, You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.[c]

Hebrews 1:6 (NKJV)      (1961 Version of the NWT matches.)

6 But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says:

“ Let all the angels of God worship Him.”[a]

Wait, who is God? (Notice Christ didnt rebuke Thomas in John 20:28 below.)

Isaiah 44:6(NKJV)

6 “ Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel,

And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts:

‘ I am the First and I am the Last;

Besides Me there is no God.

John 20:17 (NKJV)

17 Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, ‘I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and your God.’”

Hebrews 1:8-9 (NKJV)

8 But to the Son He says:

“ Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;

A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.

9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;

Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You

With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”[a]

John 20:25-29(NKJV)      (1961 Version of the NWT matches.)

25 The other disciples therefore said to him, “We have seen the Lord.”

28 And Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!”

29 Jesus said to him, “Thomas,[a] because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”

Who is I AM? Look at John 8:59, the pharisees knew what Christ was claiming. See John 10:31 far below for more insight.

Exodus 3:14(NKJV)     (I AM is changed to “I SHALL PROVE TO BE”.)

14 And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”

John 8:58-60 (NKJV)      (I AM is changed to “I have Been”)

58 Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I AM.

59 Then they took up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself and went out of the temple,[a] going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

Who is “I am the First and I am the Last”? (AKA “I am the Alpha and the Omega” )

Isaiah 44:6(NKJV)

6 “ Thus says the LORD, the King of Israel,

And his Redeemer, the LORD of hosts:

‘ I am the First and I am the Last;

Besides Me there is no God.

Revelation 1:4-8(NKJV)     (“says the Lord” is changed to says “Jehovah God”

4 John, to the seven churches which are in Asia:

Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, 5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth.

To Him who loved us and washed[a] us from our sins in His own blood, 6 and has made us kings[b] and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

7 Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End,”[c] says the Lord,[d] “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”

Who is the creator?

Genesis 1:1(NKJV)    (“Spirit of God ” was changed to “God’s active force”)

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was[a] on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Genesis 1:26(NKJV)

26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all[a] the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

More on the nature of God the Father and the Son.

John 10:25-38(NKJV)    (Changed “make Yourself God” to “make Yourself a God”)

25 Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father’s name, they bear witness of Me. 26 But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you.a] 27 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. 28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand. 30 I and My Father are one.

31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone Him. 32 Jesus answered them, “Many good works I have shown you from My Father. For which of those works do you stone Me?”

33 The Jews answered Him, saying, “For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy, and because You, being a Man, make Yourself God.”

34 Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your law, ‘I said, “You are gods”’?[b] 35 If He called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken), 36 do you say of Him whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’? 37 If I do not do the works of My Father, do not believe Me; 38 but if I do, though you do not believe Me, believe the works, that you may know and believe[c] that the Father is in Me, and I in Him.”

John 12:44-45(NKJV)

44 Then Jesus cried out and said, “He who believes in Me, believes not in Me but in Him who sent Me. 45 And he who sees Me sees Him who sent Me.

Who raised Christ from the dead?

Romans 8:11(NKJV)

11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

Acts 5:30(NKJV)

30The God of our fathers raised up Jesus whom you murdered by hanging on a tree.

John 2:18-21(NKJV)

18 So the Jews answered and said to Him, “What sign do You show to us, since You do these things?”

19 Jesus answered and said to them, “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.

20 Then the Jews said, “It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?”

21 But He was speaking of the temple of His body.

Verses regarding praise and worship.

John 4:23-24 (NKJV)

23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

Psalm 34:1-3(NKJV)

1 I will bless the LORD at all times;
His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
2 My soul shall make its boast in the LORD;
The humble shall hear of it and be glad.
3 Oh, magnify the LORD with me,
And let us exalt His name together.

Reading this, I realized the importance of thankfulness as an ingredient to praise and worship of our God.

1 Chronicles 16:20-36

New King James Version (NKJV)

20 When they went from one nation to another,
And from one kingdom to another people,

21 He permitted no man to do them wrong;
Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes,

22 Saying, “Do not touch My anointed ones,
And do My prophets no harm.”[a]

23 Sing to the LORD, all the earth;
Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.

24 Declare His glory among the nations,
His wonders among all peoples.

25 For the LORD is great and greatly to be praised;
He is also to be feared above all gods.

26 For all the gods of the peoples are idols,
But the LORD made the heavens.

27 Honor and majesty are before Him;
Strength and gladness are in His place.

28 Give to the LORD, O families of the peoples,
Give to the LORD glory and strength.

29 Give to the LORD the glory due His name;
Bring an offering, and come before Him.
Oh, worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness!

30 Tremble before Him, all the earth.
The world also is firmly established,
It shall not be moved.

31 Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad;
And let them say among the nations, “The LORD reigns.”

32 Let the sea roar, and all its fullness;
Let the field rejoice, and all that is in it.

33 Then the trees of the woods shall rejoice before the LORD,
For He is coming to judge the earth.[b]

34 Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.[c]

35 And say, “Save us, O God of our salvation;
Gather us together, and deliver us from the Gentiles,
To give thanks to Your holy name,
To triumph in Your praise.”

36 Blessed be the LORD God of Israel
From everlasting to everlasting![d]

And all the people said, “Amen!” and praised the LORD.

If we love the Lord we will keep his commandments. This page will be an outline of those commands. (-: Commands are not easy to follow if you don’t know what they are.

The intention of this page is not to be an all encompassing list. Although thats not a bad idea, but rather a place to keep track of these commands for myself. Perhaps you may benefit from this list.

Matthew 22:36-40 (NKJV)

36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
37 Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Matthew 22:37(NKJV)

37 Jesus said to him, “ ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’

Matthew 5:48(NKJV)

48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

Matthew 10:7-8

New King James Version (NKJV)

7 And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead,[a] cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.

Matthew 6:7(NKJV)

7 And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.

Luke 18:1(NKJV)

Luke 18

The Parable of the Persistent Widow

1 Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart,

Matthew 7:7(NKJV)

Keep Asking, Seeking, Knocking

7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Matthew 5:38-42(NKJV)

Go the Second Mile

38 “You have heard that it was said, ‘An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.’[a] 39 But I tell you not to resist an evil person. But whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also. 40 If anyone wants to sue you and take away your tunic, let him have your cloak also. 41 And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two. 42 Give to him who asks you, and from him who wants to borrow from you do not turn away.

Matthew 6:6(NKJV)

6 But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

Matthew 6:24-25(NKJV)

You Cannot Serve God and Riches

24“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

Do Not Worry

25 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

John 5:14(NKJV)

14 Afterward Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.”

Matthew 5:43-48(NKJV)

Love Your Enemies

43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,[b] 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethren[c] only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors[d] do so? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

Matthew 5:29(NKJV)

29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.

Luke 6:42(NKJV)

42 Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me remove the speck that is in your eye,’ when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck that is in your brother’s eye.

Matthew 7:12(NKJV)

12 Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.

Luke 12:1-2(NKJV)

Luke 12

Beware of Hypocrisy

1 In the meantime, when an innumerable multitude of people had gathered together, so that they trampled one another, He began to say to His disciples first of all, “Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. 2 For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known.

Matthew 11:29(NKJV)

29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Luke 11:28(NKJV)

28 But He said, “More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”

Matthew 5:34-37(NKJV)

34 But I say to you, do not swear at all: neither by heaven, for it is God’s throne; 35 nor by the earth, for it is His footstool; nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King. 36 Nor shall you swear by your head, because you cannot make one hair white or black. 37 But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.

Luke 13:23-24

New King James Version (NKJV)

23 Then one said to Him, “Lord, are there few who are saved?”
And He said to them, 24 “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.

Matthew 7:15-23(NKJV)

You Will Know Them by Their Fruits

15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. 16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? 17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20Therefore by their fruits you will know them.

I Never Knew You

21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Matthew 6:1-4

New King James Version (NKJV)

Matthew 6

Do Good to Please God

1 “Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven. 2 Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. 3 But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly.

Matthew 6:16-18(NKJV)

Fasting to Be Seen Only by God

16 “Moreover, when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with a sad countenance. For they disfigure their faces that they may appear to men to be fasting. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. 17 But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, 18 so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

Matthew 7:6(NKJV)

6 “Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.

Even though Christ summed up the Ten commandments, here they are.

Exodus 20:1-17 (NKJV)

Exodus 20

The Ten Commandments

1 And God spoke all these words, saying:
2 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 “You shall have no other gods before Me.
4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; 5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, 6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
7 “You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.
8 “ Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. 9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 10 but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. 11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.
12 “ Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the LORD your God is giving you.
13 “You shall not murder.
14 “You shall not commit adultery.
15 “You shall not steal.
16 “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
17 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”
